Additional cleanup in new sessions

mic, 2016 06 08: We discovered two more things that needed to be initialized when a new session was created: the clip buttons of the VU meter should unclip, if they clipped, and the volume, pan, dry mix and wet mix envelopes should not be shown, as the buttons and menus for those envelopes are unclicked. A number of items were fixed with Orinj version 2.5.6. The items mentioned above will be fixed with the next version.
