Cannot open a session when a wave is missing

mic, 2016 06 09: If you try to open a session and one of the wave files is missing (it was moved or deleted), you will be prompted to search for the wave. If you click No, the session will not open. This is not an error per se, but was the original design of Orinj. However, this is probably not the best way to handle missing waves. We will change Orinj with the next version so the session opens anyway, without the wave.

mic, 2016 06 13: This was fixed with Orinj version 2.5.7 and uploaded here on June 13, 2017. Now, when the user chooses to not look for the wave, the session will still open, but without the wave.
