Error on dragging envelope points after the first track

mic, 2016 06 14: If you try to drag volume or pan envelope points with the hand mouse cursor in any track except for the first one, Orinj will produce an error. This happens because Orinj will try to examine the wet mix envelopes, which may not exist if there are no effects or if there are no effects that allow dry and wet mix.

This was detected in Orinj version 2.5.7.

mic, 2016 06 20: This was fixed with Orinj version 2.5.8 on June 20, 2016.
