(Rare) crashing on stopping when recording

mic, 2016 09 16: After talking to Kludgemaster a couple of days ago – there was a one-time occurrence of Orinj crashing on stopping the recording. This is difficult to replicate, but it is possible that this version of Orinj tried to close the recorded wave file before all recorded data was written to it.

mic, 2016 09 21: We introduced a fix with Orinj version 2.6.1 and uploaded it on 2016 09 21.
