Changing the tempo of loops

mic, 2016 10 07: When the user changes the tempo of loops (quarter notes per minute with the command Loop and then Tempo / Time Signature), not all of the drum hits are placed at the correct times. This happens in Orinj version 2.6.3 and previous versions.

mic, 2016 11 07: This was fixed with Orinj version 2.6.4. The version was released on 2016 11 03.
