Undo the deleting of waves

mic, 2016 11 02: When a whole wave is deleted from the multitrack session (with the Session Cut command of the Orinj menu), the deletion can be undone. This works well, except that the wave that was deleted and then brought back in no longer shows in the list of opened waves in the single wave view.

mic, 2016 11 07: This was fixed with version 2.6.4 of Orinj and uploaded here on 2016 11 03.
