Forums:

The following are the changes between version 4.2.5 (/node/2013) of Orinj and this version 4.2.6.

  • Fixing the delay, echo, and multitap delay to make sure that they start at the very beginning of signals and pick up short signals. In the previous version, for example, short hits at the beginning of a loop may end up without the effect
  • Fixed the disabled tooltips in dark skins on Linux, which might be invisible if drawn with black text on black background
  • Making minor adjustments to the gain of the output of the pitch shift and stretch. Also fixed potential clipping in these two effects
  • Making sure the user can press cancel during the processing of the pitch shift and stretch
  • Fixed stretching and shrinking to remove a couple of bugs that could cause Orinj to crash
  • Made minor changes to the frequency content dialog so that it uses less code, is faster, and its graph is updated when it is resized
  • Switched the names of the vibrato and tremolo so that they are correct (i.e., vibrato is a change in pitch and tremolo is a change in volume)
  • Made minor changes to the time line in the loop building view, so that its buttons fit better in the background
  • Enabled the Del button so that it can be used to delete and cut blocks in the session, hits in the loop tracks, and notes and controls in the MIDI roll view
  • Made minor fixes in the multitrack session so that buttons (arrows, page up and down) work after selecting over the session
  • Made a minor fix in the MIDI roll view so that notes are correctly selected after deleting notes in a newly opened MIDI file
  • Fixed the mouse cursors that show up over MIDI tracks
  • Made a minor correction in the menu in the single wave view
