Wrong notes in the MIDI Note dialog

mic, 2011 11 03: The notes that were used in the Note dialog in the MIDI view were wrong (this is the dialog that is used to create and change notes in the MIDI files). We used B#/Ab instead of A#/Bb and A#/ Gb instead of G#/Ab. Other than that, the dialog was functioning as intended. The fix was uploaded with Orinj version 2.3.0 on 2011 11 02.
