Problems with saving DSP effect presets

mic, 2011 11 03: It turns out that on some installations of Orinj the user will not be able to save new presets for the Orinj effects. The issue is simple: the design of the Orinj installation is a bit dated and uses a "presets" folder that, on Windows for example, is under the "Program Files" folder. The application simply doesn't have the right permissions to write to the "Program Files" and "presets" folders and so the user cannot save the new preset files.

This said, Orinj will work even if it is installed somewhere else. I quick fix would be to just copy the installation outside of the Program Files folder and everything should work as intended.

This bug would remain in all versions 2.X.X. We are preparing a better installation for Orinj and that will come with version 3.0.0.
