Wrong interpretation of the MIDI pitch bend and key signature messages

mic, 2011 11 03: Orinj misinterpreted the MIDI pitch bend message and the MIDI key signature meta message. The pitch bend message carries two bytes of data that form one 14-bit value, where the first byte has the lower 7 bits of the 14-bit value and the second byte has the higher 7 bits. We had the two bits reversed.

The key signature message had the wrong correspondence between the number of sharps/flats and the key signature scale (see the MIDI key signature meta message tables).

The fix was uploaded with Orinj version 2.3.0 on 2011 11 02.
