Missing MIDI sound bank and instruments

mic, 2011 11 03: We noticed that on some installations Orinj will start with a message saying that it cannot find any MIDI instruments. This is not a problem with Orinj, but a problem with the Java Runtime Environment (JRE) installation. The JRE was missing the MIDI sound bank soundbank.gm file that is supposed to be in its lib/audio folder. The specific JRE that created the problem for us was build 1.6.0_26-b03.

One way to fix this is to get a new JRE installation or to copy the soundbank.gm file from a different installation.
