Chorus and bass chorus now allow one voice only

mic, 2016 03 11: When these effects were originally designed, we did not expect the need to allow no chorus. However, these effects can be interesting when the chorus is applied to only one of the channels and not to both. Hence, the spinners that define the number of voices in the choruses should be allowed to go down to 1 (and not only to 2 as before).

This was done with Orinj version 2.5.0 and uploaded to this site on March 11, 2016. Each effect can now be easily applied to only one of the channels.
