Complete overhaul of reverbs

mic, 2016 03 11: Both reverbs (the reverb and the simple reverb) required fine tuning to sound more like reverbs and less like a collection of separate delays. They were also tuned to work faster and to produce a warmer, less metallic sound. There were also minor fixes to the equalization filters in both reverbs. The Orinj Reverb now has slightly different parameters and adjusted presets.

This bug was fixed with Orinj version 2.5.0 and uploaded to this site on March 11, 2016.
