The end time in the MIDI track properties is unnecessary

mic, 2016 03 29: The dialog for the properties of MIDI tracks has fields where the user can enter the end time of the track. This is unnecessary. The end of track MIDI message is created automatically and adjusted automatically when MIDI events are added to the MIDI track.

This is not a bug per se, but it should be changed so that using Orinj is easier and less confusing.

mic, 2016 03 31: This was fixed with Orinj version 2.5.3, which was uploaded on March 31, 2016.
