mic, 2016 04 15: If Orinj encounters a wave file with formats other than those with Microsoft PCM uncompressed (format value 1 in the wave format chunk) and Microsoft IEEE float (format value 3 in the wave format chunk), it will try to convert the wave file into something that it can use. When converting the file, Orinj will create a new wave file and store the signal in that file with the new format. In the single wave view, when the file is converted and opened, it will not have the correct title. The wave block and the top of the application will show the name of the old file prior to conversion, instead of the new file.

mic, 2016 04 18: This was fixed with verison 2.5.4 of Orinj, which was uploaded to this site on April 15, 2016.
