No conversion of waves inserted in loop tracks

mic, 2016 04 21: All wave files inserted in a loop track are treated as waves with the sampling rate 44100 KHz and bit resolution 16, even if they are not, which is incorrect. Waves that are inserted in loop tracks are not converted to these sampling rate and bit resolution.

mic, 2016 04 24: This was fixed with Orinj version 2.5.5. The version was uploaded to this site on April 24, 2016.
